1. Cottage Food Law Notice (Florida)

Anamux Kitchen LLC operates under the Florida Cottage Food Law.

IMPORTANT:
Food products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services or the Department of Health.

By purchasing from Anamux Kitchen LLC, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

2. General Information

Anamux Kitchen LLC is a home-based cottage food business that specializes in custom, made-to-order desserts, including cake pops and chocolate-covered treats. All products are made fresh per order.

3. Orders & Customization

All products are made to order and customized based on customer requests. By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete order details
  • Approve all designs, flavors, and specifications prior to production
  • Understand that slight variations in color, design, or decoration may occur due to the handmade nature of our products

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are provided at the time of inquiry or order confirmation
  • Full payment (or a deposit, if agreed upon) is required to secure your order
  • Orders will not begin until payment is received
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • Orders may be canceled within a limited timeframe after booking (as agreed upon at time of order)
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • Refunds are not provided for completed custom orders

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pick-up for review.

6. Pick-Up & Delivery

  • Pick-up and/or delivery details will be arranged during the ordering process
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information
  • Once an order has been picked up or delivered, Anamux Kitchen LLC is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, storage, or environmental exposure (e.g., heat, humidity)

7. Allergies & Ingredients

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including:

  • Dairy
  • Eggs
  • Wheat
  • Nuts

Customers must inform us of any allergies before placing an order. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

8. Product Care

To maintain the quality and safety of your desserts:

  • Follow all storage and handling instructions provided
  • Keep products in appropriate temperature conditions
  • Consume within the recommended timeframe

We are not responsible for product quality if care instructions are not followed.

9. Limitation of Liability

Anamux Kitchen LLC is not liable for:

  • Allergic reactions when ingredients have been disclosed
  • Damage occurring after pick-up or delivery
  • Issues resulting from failure to follow care instructions
  • Delays caused by incorrect customer-provided information
  • Events beyond our control (including weather or emergencies)

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
